About Us
We are a multi disciplined group of companies dedicated to providing our clients with professional fast track advice on construction matters in the commercial and residential building sectors and our staff have over 75 years of combined experience within the industry.
We deal with all types of design, surveying and project management of developments and property refurbishments in the UK, from small residential developments to major commercial and industrial schemes.
The companies were all established around Halifax, West Yorkshire where we developed our client base and reputation for first class professional services in the construction industry. The practice soon grew and in 2008 we relocated to new dedicated business premises in Mytholmoroyd, West Yorkshire.
Our professional base has widened and we have developed a specialism in private residential and commercial properties including the refurbishment of historic, listed and special buildings. In parallel with this specialism we have expanded our commercial surveying services in offices, shops, factory and commercial sectors providing clients with expertise on refurbishment, dilapidations, schedules of condition and project management.
We have also diversified in to the deisgn and project managment of recyling and renewable enenrgy projects, inclding green waste recycling plants, alternatve heat and energy systems and wind turbines.
Our aim for the future is to continue the growth of our practice to private and commercial clients and building on our existing strength of professional, friendly and personal services.
We are fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and regulated by our Professional Bodies the RICS and ABE
